Traditionally, we've held our reunion on the second Tuesday of February each year. However, due to a recent decline in attendance, we've decided to shake things up this year with a fresh approach.We’re pleased to announce that Phil Stanbridge from the POA Retired Members Committee will be hosting a special event at the Tythe Barn on the afternoon of Monday, 23rd March 2026, starting at 2:00 PM. To make the most of this opportunity, we’ve aligned our Annual Reunion with this event, extending a warm invitation to all retired members. The celebration will continue into the evening, so whether you can join us early or later, you’re welcome!
This is a fantastic chance for retired members to reconnect, share stories, and strengthen the bonds of our POA family. A delicious buffet will also be provided for all attendees.
The POA Retired Members Committee has organized other gatherings in the past, and this marks the latest get-together in Northern England. The core purpose remains the same: to bring together past and present members, fostering community and camaraderie among former Prison Officers.
Members of the NEC and the Retired Members Committee will also be in attendance. We look forward to discussing their future goals and highlighting the benefits available to you.
