"Roadside Series: A Saskatchewan Printmaking Story" is a new exhibition on display in Saskatchewan Craft Council Gallery. This collection of woodcut prints by Saskatoon printmakers Jeni Ly and Jacob Semko celebrates the colourful gradations of the prairie sky and ground seen from a Saskatchewan perspective. Using modern technology and traditional printmaking methods, this work captures the feeling of familiarity, calmness, and of the heavenly ethereal shapes of the prairie sky we have all experienced while travelling on flat highways. The exhibition will be on display until November 1.
