About this Event
Printing the Future of Design
Join Decibel at ICFF for a live conversation with internationally acclaimed designers Karim Rashid and Daniel Germani on the changing relationship between design, technology, sustainability, and the way furniture is made.
Moderated by Adam Hecht, Co-Founder & Creative Director of Decibel, the discussion will explore how new ways of making are opening the door to greater creative freedom, more sustainable materials, made-to-order production, and new opportunities for ambitious ideas to take physical form.
Both designers will also debut new works created through Decibel’s robotic 3D printing and digital manufacturing platform, offering a first look at what becomes possible when advanced manufacturing meets world-class creative vision.
Set within Decibel’s ICFF booth at the Javits Center, the conversation will touch on the future of furniture and interiors, the role of technology in contemporary design, and how more flexible production models can support a more creative, sustainable, and accessible design industry.
