Print & Pattern with Indigo leaves and dye flowers

Create surface patterns and harness the natural abundance of nature through direct leaf and flower pattern making.

This workshop requires no previous experience and is a fun activity for all ages. You will create botanical prints to personalise a bandanna using nothing but indigo leaves and dye flowers from the garden (optional).

This activity will take place outdoors at the Indigo allotment in Blackhorse Lane. We have a gazebo to provide some shade and there are toilets on site.

Please wear messy clothes and a hat to keep the sun off. Also, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

There is a 5 min walk from the gate to the allotment so please consider this before signing up.

Please cancel your ticket if you can't make it so someone else can take your place.

• All materials are provided but you are welcome to bring your own t-shirt or garment to personalise. Note this can only be used with indigo leaves.
