Prime Video and TheOneRing.net are delighted to present this exciting event to celebrate the upcoming second season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
Gather at a private party with your fellow fans of Middle-earth! There will be snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and merriment, in a venue which will be specially themed for the occasion - including a sneak peek at some costumes from the show! There will be photo ops, and every attendee will receive swag to take home.
Cosplay is warmly encouraged - we'll have some prizes for creativity, and there may even be some special 'happenings'! (All SDCC costume and faux/prop weapons rules apply.)
This is a family friendly event; all ages are welcome. It is a FREE event, but numbers are strictly limited. Claim your ticket now!
AUTOGRAPH OPPORTUNITY:
We're excited to announce that members of the cast from the show will be at the venue for this event; and some lucky event goers will have the opportunity to get autographs from the cast! Here's how that works:
- Sign up here for your ticket to attend the event on Friday 26th July.
- Come to TheOneRing.net's booth (#1934, enter Door B or C) at SDCC during the following times:
Thursday 25th July 10-11am; OR 12-1pm; OR 2-3pm
Ask for greendragon!
- Bring proof that you have a ticket to the gathering (either printed out or on your phone). A certain number of lucky folks who come to the booth, during each hour slot, with proof of their party ticket, will be given a special wristband, which will allow them access to meet the cast and get autographs at the event.
You must be there in person to get a lucky wristband, and you must already have a party ticket. People will not be allowed to claim wristbands for others who are not at the booth in person.
Please note, SDCC badges are NOT required to attend the gathering! However, to claim a wristband for the additional autograph opportunity, you do have to visit TheOneRing.net's booth (#1934) on the show floor.
The Small Print!
Numbers at the event will be strictly limited - the only way to gain access is to sign up here, and once the slots are filled, that's it! So don't delay - sign up today! (Each sign up grants admission for ONE person; each person who wants to attend must sign up separately. You cannot sign up for multiple tickets. Each sign up MUST be in a different name; tickets will be deleted if they are repeats of a name already signed up. )
Children 4 years old and under can accompany an adult without the need for a ticket in their name. (Please, one child per accompanying adult.) Children 5 years old and up need their own ticket.
Please note, still photography only will be allowed at this event; no filming. Unfortunately there are no press passes for this private event.
The entrance to the event is the main venue entrance on J Street. Please note the line to get in will only be open from ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the event; please DO NOT line up before this. (If you successfully sign up for a ticket here, you are guaranteed access to the event; so feel free to enjoy Prime Video in Hall H and then make your way to the venue.)

While there are no specific COVID measures in place, we ask that you please be respectful of your fellow fans! Please do not attend if you are sick. Mask wearing is encouraged, if you feel at all unwell.
