Join us for a Love It For Longer Repair Workshop at Primark, where you'll learn simple, practical hand-sewing skills to help extend the life of your clothes
Join our expert teacher for a 90 minute hands on practical & creative sewing workshop! No experience required!
What you'll learn
During this hands-on workshop, you'll be guided through essential repair skills, including:
- How to thread a needle using easy, beginner-friendly methods
- Basic hand stitches such ng and running stitch
- How to sew on a button
You'll have time to practice each technique and ask questions along the way!
*UPDATE: This event is now fully sold out. In the event of no-shows, we may be able to accommodate some walk-in guests that do not have a ticket through a standby line from 4:30pm-5pm at Primark Studio (55 Great Jones Street, NY) . The standby line is first come, first served and entry is not guaranteed. Guests from the standby line who do not have an RSVP will only be permitted to attend the event should a confirmed RSVP guest not attend.*
Workshop Leader
The workshop will be led by Raffael Flores-Contreras, founder of Raw Meat & Repair Co., a New York-based tailoring, repair, and restoration studio.

Who Can Attend
This workshop is open to all levels of sewing expertise - no previous experience required!
Any children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult participating in the workshop.
Event Details
THE TIME: The workshop will be 90 minutes long. Please join us 15 minutes before the workshop starts for a pre-session settling in, meet & greet.
