Looking for a perfect combination for balance of mind, body, and soul, plus a true reset and restart for your nervous system? Look no further.
Join Sam every Sunday for this unique class flow to help destress, balance and regulate your nervous system as well as allowing your mind and your body to be in tune.
We'll start with an intro to primal & functional yoga flow the first 30 minutes of the class.This flow will help build functional movement and strength! We will then follow this with a slow Yin flow for true balance. Deep stretches and long holds to bring mind, body, and soul balance and aid in recovery and reset. The class will wrap up with some breath-work to distress and mental detox. This will be a unique approach to breath work to tap into your nervous system and reset your mind.

ABOUT SAM
I have a passion for breathwork, yoga, and primal movement. I have spent the past two decades mastering functional and primal movement, as well as over 5000 hours of yoga. Through awakening all senses, I found a familiarity with the art of manifesting, which led me to collaborations with Alchemy-Project, including Cirque Du Soleil and Broadway international tours. Despite these accomplishments, something felt amiss until I delved into rapid Wim Hof breathwork. I found solace in Asia's serenity, learning from esteemed minds like Homayoon, author of "A Time of Awakening," and Buddhist teachers across the continent. Breathwork isn't just a remedy; it's a transformative force that can alleviate anxiety, and depression, regulate blood pressure, enhance immune function, and memory, and reduce inflammation. I have personally witnessed its healing power, as it helped me overcome my autoimmune disease through Asana practice. But beyond physical healing, breathwork unlocks the subconscious, revealing true potential and fostering clarity for manifestation. In the realm of Zen, fear dissipates, leaving space to create and manifest desires effortlessly. Let's journey together to tap into the boundless potential within.
