Moves at Great American Beer Hall - Start your Memorial Day Weekend with intention! Join us as we kickoff our Moves Summer Series at Great American Beer Hall – a Saturday morning experience designed to move your body, ground your mental state, and bring those kickoff to Summer vibes

Hosted at the massive Great American Beer Hall, the event features 2 classes and a bunch of great local vendors, this isn’t just another workout session. This is an opportunity to set your intentions for the summer.

The Experience:

• 0830 - The Burn: a 45 minute power session. High energy, loud music, and an opportunity to push your body
• 0945 - The Balance: a shift from intensity to intentionality. We focus on movements, mobility, and functional flow to center the mind and body.
• 1030 - The Social: The work is done. Stay for the vibes. Coffee and Donuts. The bar opens at 10:30, grab a sponsored cocktail. Connect with our curated local wellness vendors, participate in our Primal Fitness Challenges. Buy some extra raffle tickets. Take advantage of the opportunity to connect with a community of individuals looking to improve their life and the lives of those around them.

What is included with your ticket:

• Entry to 1 or both fitness classes
• 1 entry into the raffle
• Access to recovery stations and wellness vendors
• The first 25 tickets purchased will receive a gratitude bag
