Throughout history, many spiritual traditions have believed that animals appear as guides, protectors, and teachers. During this immersive group experience, we will journey inward through meditation to discover the animal spirits that walk beside us and offer insight, strength, and guidance.
The space will be surrounded by bones, feathers, fossils, and animal totems, creating a sacred atmosphere that honors the ancient connection between humans and the animal world.
During this 90-minute experience you will:
• Be guided through a meditation to meet your animal guide
• Receive supportive group Reiki energy
• Connect with the wisdom and symbolism of animal spirits
• Share insights and experiences within the group if you feel called
No experience with meditation or energy work is necessary — just come with an open mind and curiosity about what may reveal itself.
