Primal play is BACK, babyyyy!
It’s 2026, and I want to do some primal play 🐾🐯
Primal play is all about non-verbal expression, with yourself, and in relation to others. Expect lots of playful exploration, movement, and self expression.
I’ll be loosely following the structure from Almond, Milk & Honey. We’ll begin with a few playful games to get to know one another, followed by some one-on-one play (for those who want to), before transitioning into a less structured primal play jam. Please feel welcome to bring something to share during fika.
