- What should I wear? You are invited to wear comfortable clothes. While this event might rise sensuality and playful energy, clothes remain on.
- Who is this for? Everyone who is open for discovering their patterns and playfulness
- Can I participate with my partner? Absolutely. Couples can partner up for all or some of the exercises or explore individually.
- What if I don’t want to participate in an exercise? All activities are invitations, not requirements. Your consent and comfort are the highest priority.
