Welcome to Primal Play DEEP DIVEWhen we feel safe, we play. Just like animals we can connect without words through movement, touch, sound and breath. Primal play has a simple setup where we get to meet people in a non-verbal way and explore each meeting as it unfolds. Everything is welcome from cuddling, wrestling, playing etc.
What makes this a DEEP DIVE?
The afternoon will exist of different embodiment exercises as well as Primal Play to explore and deepen body awareness and bring more aliveness into connecting with others.
We will slow down and have time to get a sense of safety in our own body first and from there we will connect and play!
All exercises are completely voluntarily and there will be rotating pairs where you can choose who you would like to connect with. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is needed.
During this workshops you will:
- Learn to trust the signals of your body and get a felt sense of embodied boundaries
- Invite your inner child to come and explore with other beings
- Get a felt sense of being connected in intimacy without a goal or idea or how it should look
Primal Play is a practise that allows a vast amount of expressions and feelings to arise. Explore what opens when slowing down enough to feel what’s underneath the social masks and ideas of how to relate. Playfulness is one expression, yet there are so many layers to explore when meeting in the raw truth of the moment. From tendernes, joy, sadness, wildness, sensuality etc.

Primal Play is a practice from Embodied Intimacy and is inspired by Ritual Play.

About the facilitator:
My passion is to explore slow intimacy and autenticity in relationships. I hold space for couples, women and groups for gentle relational healing through practises like Primal Play and Tantric Ropes. I have a background of studying and working with Embodied Intimacy for several years and have dedicated have work to embodiment and authentic connection.
I am studying to become a Gestalt- & Psychotherapist and have studied Tantric Ropes with Andy Buru.
