Primal Movement Play
Come join us for an exciting event at Xero Shoes Store and Fulfillment Center in Denver, CO, USA! Get ready to unleash your inner primal instincts through fun and interactive movement activities. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to have a good time, this fun-focused workshop led by Bryan Osuna will be a mixture of movement games, natural movement training and true play.
We will blend concepts from martial arts, dance, calisthenics, parkour, yoga and athletic training modalities, and seamlessly express them through the art of play. In this workshop, you are encouraged to let go of doing things "the right way" to "get results", and instead to flow and move in whatever way feels right to you in each moment.
Challenge yourself, connect with others, and most importantly, have a blast moving your body in new and exciting ways. Don't miss out on this opportunity to play, explore, and reconnect with your primal roots!
Please note, there will be gentle and mindful physical contact with other participants in this workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, athletic attire, minimalist footwear, and playful spirit. Children who are able to follow complex instructions are welcome to join.
