Join us for an easygoing evening of great wine and real conversation. From 5–7pm, winemaker Bret Urness of Levo Vineyard will be visiting table to table, sharing the stories behind his wines, how they are made, and which dishes on our menu pair best with each pour.No tickets. No reservations. Just walk in, grab a glass, and meet the person behind the bottle.
Bret Urness began Levo as a small four barrel wine project in 2011. Since it has grown into a 17 acre estate vineyard tucked in the forested hills of Paso Robles Willow Creek District. We are dedicated to producing wines of Syrah, Grenache, Petite Sirah and Rhône’s whites. Our organically farmed vineyards lie on steep hillsides and rolling canyons perfuse with calcareous shale, limestone and oak forest. This microclimates unique soil composition, exposure and close proximity to the Pacific Ocean create wines of great density, electricity and verve. In the cellar and vineyard we strive to be honest in our actions and movements to encapsulate our vineyard’s identity in a bottle. We are not dogmatic in our approach and understand that each wine, vintage, and vineyard has a unique voice and path towards authenticity and speaking to where it was grown and raised.
