For immediate public release:After consultation with our Pageant Committee, current Pride Court, and a collection of former PWS title holders, whom were an integral part of this year’s festivities; we have made the difficult decision to move our event to a much larger venue.
The 2026 Pride Winston-Salem Pageant will be held at the Village Inn Hotel and Event Center at 6205 Ramada Dr, Clemmons, NC.
We want to take a moment to extend our deepest apologies to the contestants and the community for the short notice venue changes over the past 24 hours.
Our goal is always to provide an environment and space where performers can share their art and performance with both our judges and the community in the best way possible.
After discussion and technical consultation, it was determined that we needed a ballroom sized event space to accommodate both the increased number of contestants as well as those attending to enjoy and support comfortably.
We want to wholeheartedly thank Toasted WS for offering to augment their operations and provide space for us on extremely short-term notice. They are an amazing and generous supporter of not only our pageant, but also our festival and organization.
The schedule of the day, as well as the cost of the event to the community, will remain the same.
For participants, check-in and interviews will begin at 11am. Doors to the public will open at 5pm with the pageant starting promptly at 6pm.
We hope to see everyone this Saturday for an amazing evening of pageantry and incredible performances!
