Founded in 2015 as one of San Diego’s first urban wineries, Negociant built its reputation on sourcing premium grapes from California’s top growing regions and producing small batch wines onsite. Now rooted in Hillcrest, the winery has deepened its connection to the LGBTQ+ community by actively supporting local organizations, fundraisers, and cultural events. The result is a space that feels both elevated and grounded, refined yet welcoming.
For this month’s gathering, we will transform the winery into an intentional networking environment designed for meaningful engagement. Guests will enjoy access to award winning wines and light food options available for purchase directly from the venue. The setting invites conversation, collaboration, and connection in a way that feels organic and unforced.

Founded in 2015 in San Diego, Negociant Winery began as a pioneering urban winery in North Park, built on the vision of bringing traditional winemaking into the heart of the city. By sourcing premium grapes from California’s top growing regions, including the Central Coast, and crafting small-batch wines onsite, Negociant allows guests to experience the artistry of winemaking up close. From early vintages to its award-winning Reserve Zinfandel, the focus has always been on quality, creativity, and hands-on craftsmanship.
In December 2021, Negociant proudly moved to the vibrant Hillcrest neighborhood, deepening its connection to one of San Diego’s most dynamic communities. Since the move, the winery has actively partnered with and supported numerous LGBTQ+ organizations, fundraisers, and community events, continuing its long-standing commitment to inclusivity and local engagement. Today, Negociant Winery blends urban winemaking tradition with community spirit — crafting exceptional wines while creating a welcoming space for all.
We are excited to convene at Négociant Winery, a standout urban winery in the heart of Hillcrest and a proud supporter of San Diego’s LGBTQ+ community. Since relocating to Hillcrest, Négociant has intentionally deepened its engagement with local organizations, fundraisers, and community initiatives, creating a space that feels both refined and rooted.
