Cruise Details:
- Date: Saturday 16 May
- Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- Duration: 3 hours
- Check in: Please arrive by 12:30 pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Location (Pick up & Drop off): Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle - look for AEC staffin the gaebo area
🔞 Strictly 18+ Event – Valid photo ID required for entry.
👗 Dress Code - Smart casual attire is recommended unless otherwise stated for themed events.
🪑 Seating - This is primarily a standing and dance-style event. Seating is available throughout the vessel but is limited, unreserved, and not guaranteed.
👠 Footwear Policy - For safety on the vessel, stiletto or pointed heels are not permitted. Flat shoes or small chunky heels are recommended.
🎒 Bag Policy - Large bags are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding, and guests arriving with bags larger than a small purse may be refused entry.
♿ Accessibility - MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to its multi-level layout, steep stairs, and marine gangway access which may vary with tides. Guests are responsible for determining whether the event and vessel are suitable for their accessibility needs. Unsuitability is not grounds for refund.
🍽 Dietary & Allergen Notice - Our onboard kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee accommodation of dietary requirements or allergies. Guests must determine suitability prior to purchase.

Authorised ID: Photo ID is required – don’t forget to bring it along.
Licensing & RSA: Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
Strictly NO BYO: No food or drinks are to be brought onto the boat.
No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups: Once we sail, we cruise through!
Personal Items: Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Filming & Photography: Professional images and video may be captured for social media and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event, and consen to the use of the images.
Captain’s Authority: The vessel master has final authority regarding safety, passenger conduct, and vessel operations. All instructions from crew must be followed at all times.
Weather & Marine Conditions: Events operate rain or shine. In rare circumstances where marine conditions affect safety, the operator may delay, modify, or reschedule the cruise.
Departure Policy: The vessel departs at the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and tickets will not be refunded.
Safety Compliance: Guests must comply with all safety instructions, maritime regulations, and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
Refusal of Entry: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to comply with venue policies.
Ticket Terms: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Info: The gangway will be pulled up from the wharf and the boat will start departing at 7pm. Once the gangway is up it is up! Please be at the wharf in plenty of time to avoid disappointed at not being able to board.
