Pride in Motion: Sunset Beach Pilates *Indoor Edition*

While spring break restricts our access to the beach for our popular sunset beach pilates program, we will be taking this opportunity to show you all our beautiful center inside historic old city hall Miami Beach.
We are gonna keep our beachy sunset vibes going with our awesome instructor David! While we usually come together on a Monday evening we are gonna try out a friday night class.
This class is open to all exercise skill levels and is a perfect opportunity to make new friends and get a great workout in!
