Pretty Girls Meditate
Pretty Girls Meditate is a community centered experience offering women a safe, welcoming space to pause, release, and return to themselves. This gathering serves as a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, and begin the year with intention.
Each gathering supports mental, emotional, and physical well being through intention setting, gentle stretch, dance and movement, meditation, sound healing, reflection, and meaningful community connection. Everything is gently guided while honoring intuition, personal pace, and self trust.
This experience is for women seeking a grounding reset, nervous system support, and a moment to breathe and reconnect in a way that feels supportive and real.
