Monique Thomas is a psychotherapist, singer/songwriter and published author of the book 'Pressure off.'
Over the past 15 years she has hosted numerous events and wellbeing programmes in prisons, community settings, churches and for businesses alike. Her passion for music adds a creative feel to the spaces she creates and fosters connection in a unique way.
Having it all together is a myth, but learning how to embrace grace is central to her story. As a mum to 3 young boys she recognises that making the time to do this isn't always easy, but it is a necessary and essential part of her holistic commitment to wellbeing. She believes in the power of community and gathering people together in empowering spaces for collective transformation.
