Getting ready for canning season? Bring your pressure canner in and get it checked before you fire it up.
During this three-hour event, experts from Virginia Cooperative Extension will be on-site to inspect and test pressure canner lids, gaskets, and seals to help make sure your equipment is working safely and correctly. This service is completely free.
Can’t make it during the event window? No problem. Lids can be dropped off ahead of time and left with our team for inspection.
