In this creative workshop, you’ll learn the delicate craft of preserving flowers through traditional and modern pressing methods. We’ll begin with a brief look into the history of flower pressing and floriography.You’ll then join us for a walk in the garden to collect flowers and foliage to preserve. We will walk you through the technique for pressing flowers using your own personal wooden herbarium press provided to you in the class.
All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. Come celebrate the beauty of nature in a lasting way!
