Press On Party

Calling all DIYers! Grab your ghoul-friends for a spooktacular good time. Recreate and personalize your very own set of spooktacular press-on nails! Choose your nail length and shape, we help you with sizing and walk you through painting this fun fall inspired design. This unique event includes all of the supplies needed to create the design, your very own manicure kit to take home for application, care and removal for the nails that you create! Enjoy snacks and beverages for a one of a kind experience for you and your gal pals.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in the Press-On Nails Party hosted by Artiva Nails and Co. is completely voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that applying or creating press-on nails involves handling nail products, adhesives, and tools that may cause allergic reactions, skin irritation, or injury if not used properly. I assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
3. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Host, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction with nail products or results.
4. Product Use: I understand that all nail products used or provided during the event are for personal, cosmetic use only and that I am responsible for following all product instructions and safety guidelines.
5. Health Disclosure: I affirm that I have disclosed any known allergies or sensitivities to the Host prior to participating.
6. Media Release (optional): I grant the Host permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado.

By attending or participating in the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
