We’ll make a Sweet-and-Spicy Corn Salsa and a Tangy Chow Chow, then preserve both using the simple water bath method. You’ll leave with a pint jar of each recipe, as well as the recipes themselves—delicious reminders of summer to enjoy all winter long.
