The book chronicles the popularity of white tigers and the disastrous underground culture of exploitation that has doomed the species since its very existence. Tim Harrison is the Director of Outreach for Animals; a non-profit organization created to "Teach proper behavior around wildlife." He has written multiple books on his experiences saving exotic wildlife from suburban homes and is the subject of the International Award-Winning Documentaries: “The Elephant in the Living Room” and “The Conservation Game.”
