Transform fresh fruit into delicious jam, jelly, and preserves! Discover the science behind fruit pH, learn foolproof methods for making perfect jam and jelly, and master safe preservation techniques using both boiling water and steam canners from certified Master Food Preserver volunteers. Class includes research-based resources/instruction and a hands-on lab. You will take home a jar of jam to enjoy after class.
Class is $25 per person, or $40 for two people sharing take home resources.
