Meet at Woking Railway Station (town side) at 13:55 to get the 14:05 White bus to Chobham.
Arrive at the White Hart, Chobham around 14:30.
We will then wait for the lunchtime dining session to subside, with the presentation happening after 15:00.
Once the presentation has been given, we can stay in the pub for the afternoon or pop down to the Horse and Groom.
