Presentation Design Lab: The Live Slide & Deck Workshop
About the Lab
The Presentation Design Lab is a zero-judgment, highly collaborative, hands-on workshop hosted by professional creative strategies and designers. Whether you are staring at a completely blank screen or trying to fix a dense, text-heavy slide deck, we are opening up our studio doors to help you elevate your visual storytelling and strengthen your message.
This is not a passive lecture where you sit and take notes. This is an active design lab. You will work directly on your own materials with expert eyes over your shoulder guiding your layouts, typography, and content structure.
What Decks Should You Bring?
Bring literally whatever presentation file or client-facing material is currently stressing you out, including:
- The Sales or Capabilities Deck: The one you need to send to a massive prospective client, but it currently looks too cluttered or dated.
- The Keynote or Panel Slides: For an upcoming conference or speaking engagement where you want to look like a high-end authority and avoid boring walls of text.
- The Workshop or Training Deck: Built to keep your team, clients, or workshop attendees completely engaged from the first slide to the last.
- The Sponsor or Partnership Pitch: Designed to secure local funding, capital, or cross-promotional community backing.
What You Need to Bring
Your laptop and charging cable.
Access to your working presentation file (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or Google Slides).
Any core brand assets you have (logos, brand fonts, or hex color codes)—though we can help you establish these if you don't have them yet!
