About this Event
Presence in Motion is an opportunity to explore, practice, and deepen awareness and embodiment in the shared space of community. Each week we will explore different modes of presence — guided sitting, walking meditation, and a variety of movement practices, explored with both silence and music. The evening will be woven throughout with invitations to experience groundedness, embodied presence, and various subtle qualities of movement, as we deepen somatic awareness and explore the vibrations of being. We will guide and nourish our moving bodies while returning to explore our changing inner landscape. The practice is a chance to show up for ourselves, and be just as we are, allowing our bodies and beings to unfold organically.
This class is open to mindful explorers and movers of all levels, no prior experience required. Please come as you are, with a heart and mind open to whatever ways your experience unfolds. We practice together, nurturing connection to ourselves, others, and the broader world of beings..
