Preseason Training Session 2 + Injury Prevention Clinic *REGISTERED PLAYERS ONLY*

This session includes a knee & ankle injury prevention clinic with a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, an important focus area that will be incorporated into every training session throughout the 2026 season.
Alongside injury prevention education, players will work on:
• Conditioning
• Core netball skills
A must-attend session for players wanting to train smarter and stronger.
ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND - SELECTORS WILL BE PRESENT DURING EACH SESSION.
