About this Event
Nature is filled with different colors, sizes and shapes. Look around—what things do you see that are circles? The sun, the center of a daisy, a chickadee’s eye. Learn why they are shaped the way they are, and then take a hike with your family to find shapes in nature.
Program is located at Lookout Mountain Nature Center and Preserve. Program will be outdoors, with portions with the teacher and portions independent.
Program is geared towards children ages 3-5, a parental guardian must be present.
COVID-19 Guidelines:
The maximum group size for each program session is 14 participants and you must register beforehand to attend.
Maintain 6 feet of social distancing, and limit interactions with people outside your household or immediate circle.
Please bring/wear a mask. Currently, facial coverings are not required outdoors in Jefferson County. However, they are still recommended outdoors whenever social distancing cannot be maintained and while using restrooms.
