This session is best for those that are in the licensing process or have recently become foster/kinship caregivers.
Join us for a session in our Village Bridge Workshop Series that is focused on preparing your heart, home, family, and friends for foster care. During our time, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from Foster Village Charlotte about what it looks like to build a trauma-informed space around you.
Leave the session with practical guidelines for your heart, home, family, and friends as you engage the foster care system. Foster Village Charlotte is NOT a licensing agency, but our mission is to wrap around caregivers right from the start with support, resources, and connection.
This session is best for those who have decided to pursue the licensing process, are in the licensing process, or have recently become foster parents.
Hosted three times a year (May, August, January).
