She is here on behalf of the U.S. State Department to bring her business that focuses on successful female career outcomes to the US. Her company already works with the largest banks in the German speaking world to become employers of choice for women.
Kosima will present the Ada App, a microlearning app developed for women at work. She will share more about the challenges that women face in the workplace like imposter syndrome.
The Ada App is used by HR, L&D and DEI departments of medium to large companies to help companies attract, retain and grow female talent. The Ada App is then given to their female workforce.
This event will be an opportunity to catch up, mix and mingle with one another, and try out the Ada App to provide Kosima feedback. Which is a microlearning app developed for women at work. She will share more about the challenges that women face in the workplace like imposter syndrome.
