Preparing for Mid-Tenure Review

While mid-tenure review may feel a little stressful, it offers faculty a great opportunity to reflect upon their achievements and get feedback on next steps. In this workshop, we'll briefly review the guidelines for mid-tenure review, think through some "big picture" questions candidates should ask themselves before beginning, talk about organizational strategies, and discuss ways that elements of the mid-tenure review can be used to help inform the P&T process.
