This class is covered over 2 separate classes in 2 weeks. Each class will be on Monday night from 6pm to 9:30 pm. Over the 2 week series the topics covered include ways to cope with labor, how your support person can help, routine hospital procedures, and pain relief options. Tour of the Women’s Pavilion included at the end of the 2nd class. The $40 fee for this class series covers both the mother and a support person, and a support person is encouraged to attend.
