About this Event
Prenatal Yoga offers a therapeutic space to move, breathe, and connect inward during pregnancy. Through gentle movement, supportive postures, and intentional nervous system regulation, you’ll build trust in your body and make new friends with other expectant parents in our community.
Rooted in doula-informed wisdom and years of prenatal teaching, this class supports both the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy, creating space for preparation, confidence, and care. Classes are thoughtfully sequenced to ease common discomforts, support pelvic health, and offer tools for labour and birth.
All trimesters and pregnant bodies welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
