Nurture your body and growing baby in this supportive prenatal yoga class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Each session includes gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and mindful movement to ease common pregnancy discomforts, promote emotional balance, and create space for connection with your baby.
This class offers a safe, welcoming environment to slow down, build strength, and tune into your body’s changing needs. Whether you're new to yoga or continuing your practice during pregnancy, you'll leave feeling grounded, supported, and deeply connected.
All trimesters welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Nicole started out practicing Yoga merely as a form of exercise. After a couple months of practice, there were noticeable differences in her physical, mental, and emotional state. She discovered her interests, passions, and purposes in life through practicing 8 limbs of yoga, and became determined to help Yoga students experience their own versions of sublime inner peace and joy.
Helen has been practicing yoga since 2012, including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Bikram, Hatha, and etc. She is a RYT 200 hour registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and got her teacher training through YogaWorks with Olivia Barry, Birgitte Kristen, and Ana Hernandez. She believes that yoga is for the body and the mind. She always finds her peace and recharges herself on the mat.
