Equipment: Yoga mats and blocks are provided (or feel free to bring your own).
Feel more comfortable in your
changing body! This prenatal yoga class offers a chance for moms-to-be to gather and relax, while also building strength and flexibility. The class may incorporate movement and breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mind-body awareness.
While this class is appropriate for all
fitness levels and for moms in all stages
of their pregnancy, it is advised to clear participation with your medical provider.
Location: Chapel at Water’s Edge Senior Living.
Take the South entrance to get on campus.
Water’s Edge is located up the hill at the back
of campus, near the CAMBA Gateway trailhead.
The chapel is just inside the front door.
