Welcome to Prenatal Yoga at West Asheville Yoga! Join us for a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga session designed specifically for pregnant and postpartum folks. Paulina (they/them), a yoga teacher and certified birth doula, will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you connect with your changing body. Whether you're looking to relieve pregnancy discomfort or regain strength postpartum, this class is perfect for all levels. Come unwind, stretch, and bond with other pregnant & postpartum folks in a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive environment. We can't wait to see you there!
Classes at West Asheville Yoga are $22, this is to be paid at the studio. Pre-registration is available at westashevilleyoga.com or you're welcome to drop-in. Thank you! :)
