Get ready for MILONGA DEL BARRIO - Asheville's "4th Sundays" afternoon Milonga. Dance to Karen’s stellar tunes on one hundred year-old oak floors. The music will be mostly traditional golden age, perhaps with some modern orchestras sprinkled in. Chocolate provided. Wine, beer and snacks available for purchase. Free on-street parking.

PLEASE follow these "Community Milonga Guidelines"
• To invite a partner to dance, use the “Cabeceo” (the traditional eye contact/head nod) or simply ask. If a partner declines, take the “no thank you” politely and refrain from inviting that person for the remainder of the event.
• Respect the line of dance.
• When not dancing, stay clear of the dance floor.
• If a minor collision happens, politely acknowledge the person and check to be sure they are not hurt.
• Do not teach or correct anyone. Classes and Practicas are the place for exchanging information and practice.
• Avoid using strong perfumes and colognes.
