This mellow, deeply restful and soothing candlelit soundbath is for you if you’re in the second half of your pregnancy and would like to pause all the todo lists and take a self-care afternoon fully for yourself. Treat yourself this time to fully slow down your whole system and bring something truly restorative, nourishing and cup-filling into your autumn Sunday, dive into deep and restoring relaxation physically and emotionally, to press pause for a moment while intentionally welcoming this new period of life.
During the event you’ll lie down in a few restorative poses with the warm support of pillows, blankets and bolsters, candlelight and aromatherapy.. And you will be held in the safe pillow of sounds created by various soothing instruments such as singing bowls, rain sticks, the gong, bells and chimes, which allow you to go on a meditative journey where the external noise and the busy head can silence a bit so you can feel more aligned and at peace in yourself, they enable you deeply relax, allow your nervous system to find deep calm, promote the production of happy-hormones to bring you to a place of balance, calm and trust.
