In our 3 hour group breastfeeding class, we will cover getting breast/chestfeeding off to a good start. You will be equipped to understand your body and how lactation works and visualize how breastfeeding might fit into your life. We will learn about latch, baby’s cues, how to spot problems, and what supplies and products you really need. We will discuss how partners can support and help along the way as well. Additionally, you will take home information and be informed about local resources.Partners or support person are encouraged to attend.
