Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a free Black Light Yoga workout at our Midtown Reno studio during Labor Day weekend! You can bring a yoga mat if you prefer, but extras are available at the studio. Dress in whatever you think will GLOW!
Join us at 8 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, at our Midtown Reno studio (777 S. Center St. #B1)! There is free street parking available.

Anyone can sign up in the "Kaia FIT Corp" app for the Midtown Reno studio as well.
RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
