Join us for this very special event, a FIT4BABY® prenatal fitness class lead by Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Certified instructor Dana Palko from FIT4MOM Southwest Denver followed by prenatal yoga lead by Alexi Neal from Soulfull Somatics!This class is designed specifically for all moms-to-be - no matter your trimester. The 60-minute workout will includes cardio, strength, mobility, and labor prep training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
