Strong Mama – Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness (FREE Community Class)Strong Mama is a supportive, strength-based group exercise class for expecting and postnatal moms who want to feel strong, confident, and supported through pregnancy and beyond. This evidence-based class focuses on safe functional strength training, mobility, breathwork, and preparation for birth and postpartum recovery.

Led by a certified Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Instructor, Strong Mama welcomes all fitness levels and provides individualized modifications so everyone can move safely and confidently.
