Join us for a prenatal and postpartum movement class at a Freya Movement Studio, designed to feel supportive through pregnancy and beyond.
We’ll start with a guided pilates class led by Freya Movement Studio — known for its focus on prenatal and postpartum wellness and thoughtful programming.
The class itself is a high-intensity, low-impact, pelvic floor–aware workout that combines breathwork, strength, cardio, and Pilates-based core work. It’s designed to support you whether you’re preparing for labor or rebuilding after birth — with options to meet you where you are.
After class, we’ll keep things simple with a few minutes to stay, have a snack, and connect.
This isn’t just about getting a workout in. It’s about being in a room with other women who are in a similar season — moving your body, catching your breath, and not feeling like you’re doing it all alone.
