This half term, take a journey into the past and join Buds & Blossom Yoga for a morning of Yoga Play, featuring Julia Donaldson's much loved book, Cave Baby.
Yoga Play

We invite you to drift into a world of imagination and share the joys of playing alongside your little ones. We take you on a journey into the prehistoric era where we bring play to life through cave painting, yoga and storytelling.
Crafty Cave Little ones
-------------------
With 1.5 hours of activities - we'll be exploring primal mark-making and cave paintings. Freely expressing through fingerprinting to create our own artwork and working together den building.
Snack and Film
-------------------
With time to wind down and nourish* - we will provide healthy cave snacks for all. Followed by watching our beloved characters from Ice Age in a series of shorts, whilst parents can sit back, have a brew and relax.
* Please ensure dietary requirements/allergy information is passed to the host before the event.
