Pregnancy is a time to focus on yourself and your baby. This summer evening retreat will help you to do just that, whilst easing into your new role. Held at the beautiful Sunfyr Barns south of Norwich. As the sun sets you can get comfy and cosy with bolsters, blankets and candles. We will create that birthing room vibe as we move in tune with your body and enjoy an extra long relaxation or "Yoga Nidra".Amber will also share some birthing wisdom through hypnobirthing tools such as breathwork and visualisation. This is a deeper chance to connect with your baby and pregnancy, with soothing yoga, breathwork and relaxation. Spaces are limited and the class will not be recorded as my usual pregnancy yoga sessions are, making it a more intimate experience. You are welcome to come from 14 weeks up until birth and no experience of yoga needed. All this plus some light snacks for £25.
