This four week Pregnancy Yoga course is for any stage of pregnancy and is suitable for those new to Yoga as well.Course includes learning labour movements and breathing techniques, pelvic floor work, affirmations, stretching, toning and guided relaxation. Handouts included for at home practice.
This course will only go ahead of there are four confirmed attendees so please register your interest.
When: Saturdays 6th, 13th, 27th September and 4th October, 10am
Where: Bodymind Pilates Studio, Queen St, Masterton
Cost: $60 for the four week course ($15 drop in)
What to bring: A Yoga mat if you have one (or I have spares). All other props and equipment provided.
