Join us for fortnightly whānau-friendly gatherings with uplifting music, focused on calming down the nervous system and taking care of hinengaro - mental and emotional wellbeing. Overall highly beneficial for every participant, and thanks to generosity of CREATIVE COMMUNITIES NZ it is available and accessible for anyone🙏! Following the Maramataka, there are two different kinds of hui alternating, but always connected with singing within the group and use of multiple Taonga Pūoro - traditional Māori musical instruments. And always followed by optional potluck dinner.
